Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Woodlands 55 for your upcoming holiday at Cresswell Towers Holiday Park. Please review our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Minimum Stay Requirement:

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all bookings with a maximum stay of 14 nights.
Booking Confirmation:

To secure your reservation, the full cost of your stay, including a non-refundable cancellation fee of £100, must be paid at the time of booking.

Additionally, a breakages deposit of £100 is to be paid which will be held against any potential damages or breakages that may occur during your stay.

The booking will be considered confirmed only after the full payment, including the breakages deposit and cancellation fee, is received.
Breakages Deposit:

The breakages deposit will be refunded within one week after your stay, subject to the lodge being inspected and no damages or breakages being found

Any deductions from the breakages deposit will be documented and communicated to you along with a receipt for any repairs or replacements that were necessary.
Cancellation Policy:

The non-refundable cancellation fee of £100 is included in the full cost of your stay.

If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will be refunded the booking amount minus the non-refundable cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the entire booking amount will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
Booking Modification:

Modifications to your booking are subject to availability and at the discretion of the owners.

If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options and any potential fees.
Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is no later than 10am on the day of departure.

Late Check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Lodge Regulations:

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the lodge during their stay.

Guests are responsible for adhering to lodge rules and park rules as outlined in the on-site lodge manual. Further details are available upon request.

Dogs are permitted but must be confirmed as part of your booking. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the lodge and must not be left unattended at any time.

Smoking/Vaping/BBQs and Fireworks are not permitted.
Liability:

The owners of Woodlands 55 Lodge are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

The owners reserve the right to charge for any damages or excessive cleaning after your departure.
